Hotel Location
Guest Reviews & Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was slightly inconvenient as it was uphill from the main strip in Gatlinburg, making it difficult for my wife to stroll around easily. However, the hotel's proximity to various attractions was a plus point. The service received was consistently friendly and helpful. The lack of a dining option on-site was a slight downside, but the facilities were generally well-maintained.
The hotel rooms were very clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities, making it a cozy stay for families. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. However, the design of the room may not be suitable for older children due to limited head clearance on the bunk beds.
I had a delightful stay at the hotel. The rooms were well-done, very clean, and just needed a blanket for the bed. Although there was a minor inconvenience with the blanket, it didn't overshadow the overall fantastic experience. The location was amazing, offering easy access to all the main attractions and dining spots in Gatlinburg. However, some aspects of the service were a bit off-putting, including being ambushed for a sales pitch upon check-in. Despite this, the hospitality was comforting, and the stay was still enjoyable.
